OUTPATIENT CONSULTATION

Patient Registration:
  • ATAL NAGAR: Monday – Friday: Before 8 AM
  • PALWAL: Monday – Saturday: Before 8 AM
  • NAVI MUMBAI: Monday – Saturday: Before 8 AM 
CLOSED on Sundays & Public Holidays
Accompanying patients
  • Two(2) attendants will be allowed to accompany patients below 12 years of age
  • Only one (1) attendant will be allowed to accompany patients above 12 years
Documents to brings
For registration, Please carry government photo ID:
  • Aadhar / PAN card of father/mother/guardian
  • Ration card
  • Birth certificate of child
After registration, you will be issued a unique patient ID card upon which needs to be carried for any future visits to the hospital
Reports & Advice
After outpatient consultation, the medical team will advice you about any further treatment. Reports will be provided after consultation.
Canteen & accommodation
Food & Accommodation will be provided free of cost after admission for surgery/intervention. Outpatients and attendants may avail canteen services.
Please note there is no appointment over phone or mail.
In case of emergency, please consult doctors at your local area, as we don't have facility to treat emergency cases.
